Our company struggled for years to find someone who could do proper home plans. Edmonton seemed to really lack this talent. Our company tried several different people for this and never seemed to find someone that could work with clients to come up with a well designed plan without issues that we would have to micromanage the whole way through. I am happy to report that Kristin can deal directly with homeowners, come up with fantastic layouts that look amazing and function properly. You won’t have to deal with annoying things like finding out that the kitchen island is too close to the wall cabinets making it really tight. Kristin is a master at understanding the needed space and traffic flow within a home. This is absolutely critical for custom design! Having a good set of drawings will save you headaches throughout your build and save you thousands of dollars because you won’t be dealing with errors as you build. Yes Kristin is that great! Have a look over any plan she has ever drawn and you will see that the layouts are actually that great!!! This is coming from a custom homebuilder with 40 years in the business... Kristin is the best hands down and had a huge amount to do with our success as a custom home builder.
